Lately, a lot of concerns are being raised regarding kids and their mental health. Mental health of kids is a tricky space because of the lack of awareness and the sensitivity of the matter. Parents are specially concerned about the health of their kids during the lockdown while they are locked indoors. It is a matter of fact that it is not easy for the kids as well. Kids feel and emote as much as we do and hence some kind of acting out is okay. It is completely normal if they are throwing a temper tantrum at times.
