Depression is currently the most talked about condition in the world today. A state of mind, or a mental condition where the person suffering from it has this constant feeling of incompleteness and void within themselves. A feeling of emptiness from inside that keeps them feeling sad and depressed all the time. Depression results in a number of complicated things. It could be fatal too. A human can be perfectly healthy and happy form the outside, but from the inside, they might be just crumbling. It is very difficult sometimes to actually point out and understand that your closed one is going through depression. A therapist is a qualified person in psychology who can help a person get out of depression, maybe through medication if the need be and by providing some mental exercises that can help them heal slowly.
